Complaints policy
If you have a complaint about your experience with the CBS or a service you have received, please either complete the form below or send it by email to the CBS at admin@cbsgb.co.uk. All complaints will be managed by the CBS Admin Manager and referred to the CBS Executive Council as deemed appropriate. Clicking submit on the form below will take you to a separate page containing further info on our complaints policy.
Your complaint will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt and CBS aim to respond in full within 28 working days. We will keep you informed of progress if more time is needed to address your concerns in full. You will be informed by CBS of the outcome and any learnings or actions taken.
You can appeal against the outcome of your complaint by submitting a written statement for the attention of the CBS Executive Council setting out your reasons for appeal. (Please complete the appeal outcome process, detailed on the page displayed after you click submit).
